Dear VMCZ Members,
Please be advised that the VMCZ Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held on Thursday 26 September 2013 at the Harare Club, in the city of Harare. (the Harare Club is located on corner Nelson Mandela Avenue/ Third Street.)
The AGM shall commence at 10:00hours and end at 13:00 hours.
Members are also advised that all members from outside of Harare shall be booked and accommodated at the Harare Club. However members from out of Harare who will prefer to stay with friends and relatives in Harare will receive an out of hotel allowance.
VMCZ will pay for transport costs and a dinner allowance for out of Harare members attending the AGM.
Members from outside of Harare must contact the Finance and Administration department on administrator@vmcz.co.zw or on the telephone numbers listed below to confirm attendance and on whether they will require accommodation by Monday 23 September 2013.
